Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Vidskim Pro. This policy explains when you can get a refund and how to request one. Payments for Vidskim Pro are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, so refunds are issued through Paddle back to your original payment method.

First-purchase money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your first Vidskim Pro purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of that first purchase. We may ask a brief question about what went wrong so we can improve, but a first-purchase refund does not require a reason.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically (see our Terms of Service). Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, except:

  • where a refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law; or
  • in cases of an obvious error, such as a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation, in which case we will refund the affected amount.

To avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel before the renewal date using the billing link in your Paddle receipt. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the paid period.

How to request a refund

You have two ways to request a refund:

  • Email us at [email protected] with the email address used at checkout and, if possible, your Paddle order or receipt number; or
  • Use the billing/receipt link Paddle sent you at purchase to contact Paddle support directly.

We aim to review refund requests within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle; the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country. Where such law applies, it takes precedence over the terms above.
