If a paid Vidskim Pro product launches, its final policy will explain when a refund is available and how to request one. No payment processor, refund window, renewal model, or checkout configuration is announced as live. Final terms must be reviewed and published before any purchase is offered.

Vidskim currently has no paid Pro purchase described by this page, so there is no current Pro charge or renewal to refund. If you believe you were charged by a product using the Vidskim name, email [email protected] with the receipt and do not share full card details.
Before any paid launch
A final policy will state the refund window, renewal treatment, cancellation route, processor contact, expected review time, and any regional consumer rights. Those terms will be visible before checkout. The accompanying draft Terms of Service is also not a current commercial offer.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country. Where such law applies, it takes precedence over the terms above.
